$350.00 TEAM FEE + $34/month (minimum 3 months) includes:

• Sport-specific workouts to train along by Power Music Cheer. Just press play, train and watch your team transform before your eyes. 

• Video playlists divided by training type: strength, flexibility, skills, drills, warm-ups.. just send the link to your team and the athletes can do the learning at home.

• 1-2-1 support and help devising a specific training plan for your team

• Coach account gives you access to one of our 12 USCCE Accredited coaching courses each month.  

• Fun technique poster downloads to print and use at the gym.

• Stream training videos/warmups/flexibility tracks at the gym.
